The Service Associate will be responsible for resolution of customer issues related to healthcare and financial transactions. The Service Associate is required to manage customers’ expectations and experiences in a way that results in high customer satisfaction, and must maintain frequent voice and email contact with customers and business partners.

Specific Job Responsibilities Include:

• Resolve customer issues in an effective, expedient manner
• Conduct detailed data analysis
• Perform root-cause analysis, develop logical conclusions and suggest appropriate workarounds
• Manage escalation of issues to other departments and business partners
• Submit high-quality solutions for development of knowledge base

Specific Job Skills Include:

• Expert understanding of company solutions
• Outstanding ability to quickly acquire and apply new technical and industry knowledge
• Strong ability to effectively communicate technical information to end users
• Sound judgment in setting customer expectations and managing sensitive customer situations
• Excellent organizational skills in managing timelines of case resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience/Requirements:

• 2 years internship or other professional experience preferred in a customer-facing position with a software or other technology-based company
• Knowledge of healthcare or financial applications is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3.3 GPA
