The Service Manager will be responsible for the resolution of Tier III customer issues related to healthcare and payment transactions, as well as developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Specific Job Responsibilities Include:
- Resolve customer issues in an effective, expedient manner
- Conduct detailed data analysis
- Perform root-cause analysis, develop logical conclusions and suggest appropriate workarounds
- Manage escalation of issues to other departments and business partners
- Submit high quality solutions for development of knowledge base
Specific Job Skills Include:
- Expert understanding of company solutions
- Outstanding ability to acquire and apply new technical and industry knowledge quickly
- Strong ability to effectively communicate technical information to end users
- Sound judgment in setting customer expectations and managing sensitive customer situations
- Excellent organizational skills in managing timelines of case resolution
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience/Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a customer-facing position with a software or other technology-based company
- Knowledge of healthcare or financial applications is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
