MedSym Leverages the InstaMed Connect API to Accelerate New Sales and Increase Revenue

BIRMINGHAM, AL and ATLANTA, GA (March 2, 2010) – At the HIMSS10 show in Atlanta today, MedSym announced the results of its integration with InstaMed Connect, a fully integrated and open Application Programming Interface (API) for healthcare and payment transactions. MedSym, a software vendor that provides fully integrated practice management and electronic health records software, has integrated InstaMed Connect to deploy revenue cycle transactions nationwide, giving its customers access to the industry leading healthcare payments network and platform. This integration also includes healthcare transactions required to meet the meaningful use criteria. Integrating InstaMed Connect has allowed MedSym to rapidly add new capabilities to its core application, accelerate new sales and increase revenue.
