What does this mean for our customers?
The InstaMed platform, user experience and all our capabilities will remain. The InstaMed Service Guarantee and our commitment to service through our Customer Service and Account Management departments continue to be inherent in our core values.
What does this mean for the InstaMed brand and employees?
InstaMed will operate as we do today but will become an operating subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase. Our offices will remain in Philadelphia and Newport Beach. As co-founders, we will continue to lead the business. Our team is excited and energized for this new chapter.
What’s next?
We set out 15 years ago to simplify healthcare payments for providers, payers and consumers. We have the privilege of working with leading healthcare organizations across the United States to drive electronic transactions, eliminate paper and deliver better healthcare payments experiences for all stakeholders. InstaMed and JPMorgan Chase will fuel the future of healthcare payments together.
Thank You
We are incredibly grateful to our customers for trusting InstaMed with their organization’s healthcare payments. We come to work every day for our customers. All team members, including our account managers, customer service reps, product managers and software engineers, are driven to make the healthcare payments experience better for providers, payers and consumers. This commitment and passion is stronger than ever during this exciting time.
