The report is published by J.P. Morgan Healthcare Payments for the purpose of objectively educating the market and promoting awareness, change and greater efficiency. Now in its sixteenth year, the mission of the report has not changed.
The data compiled for the online survey comes from respondents comprised of national payers, regional payers, IDNs, TPAs, Blues plan and other types of payers.
