PHILADELPHIA, PA (December 2, 2008) – The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce proudly announced the winners of the 2009 Excellence Awards Honoring the Region’s Small Businesses – the most esteemed honor bestowed on small businesses in the Greater Philadelphia region.
