The partnership represents a critical piece of Aldera’s Shop2ManageTM vision, which connects patients, payers and providers to the information and tools they need to better analyze benefit plan and member needs, manage healthcare actions and decisions, and impact healthcare outcomes with the best clinical care decisions.

With the partnership, Aldera will offer payers the ability to send a premium payment invoice to the member; alert the member about the invoice; allow the member to view, pay and receive a receipt of the payment; and then show a $0.00 balance – all in real-time from the member portal. Aldera and InstaMed’s full integration will allow members to see updated balance information real-time for a seamless payment experience.
