The InstaMed network of consumers, providers and payers inspire us every day to improve and innovate in the healthcare payments space. This year, we worked hard to meet and exceed our goals of delivering the best possible healthcare payments experience to all stakeholders. Take a look at some of our 2018 highlights.
InstaMed has added a third floor to our Philadelphia Headquarters at 18th and JFK Boulevard. The Philadelphia Business Journal featured news of our expanding space, including the addition of our new 3,200 square-foot “Collaboration Center,” built to host events, engage with the local business community and connect with providers, payers and consumers that make up our healthcare payments network.
The InstaMed Engage solution streamlines the end-to-end consumer healthcare payments experience. Engage enables providers and payers to interact with patients pre-service through their mobile device to accelerate online payment and eStatement adoption upfront.
Healthcare professionals from across the country gathered in Philadelphia to learn, connect and collaborate during our annual three-day conference. Our conference will be returning to Philadelphia this year, but with a new name and an even bigger agenda. The InstaMed Healthcare Payments Summit 2019 is March 25 – 27 in Philadelphia, PA. Register today to join us for the can’t-miss healthcare payments event of the year!
The InstaMed External Payment Page Integration is available in the Epic App Orchard, and Boston Medical Center (BMC) was the first customer to leverage the integration. This integration enables healthcare organizations using Epic to create a seamless and secure online consumer payment experience while dramatically reducing Payment Card Industry (PCI) scope and costs.
Each year, the Philadelphia Business Journal names the fastest-growing companies in Greater Philadelphia to their “Soaring76” list. We were excited and honored to be named to this list in2018 and look forward to continuing our growth in 2019.
